1. Information We Collect

Queuel.io collects information necessary to provide interview scheduling services. This includes names and email addresses of coordinators, interviewers, and candidates; calendar availability data from connected calendar accounts; and scheduling preferences and interview metadata.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Schedule and manage interviews on your behalf
• Send calendar invitations and email notifications
• Provide booking links to candidates
• Display analytics and reporting to your organization
• Sync with connected services (Microsoft 365, iCIMS)

3. Calendar Data

When you connect a calendar account, we access free/busy information to determine interviewer availability. We create, update, and cancel calendar events for confirmed bookings (e.g., when interviews are rescheduled or cancelled). We do not read the content of existing calendar events beyond free/busy status.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with: connected third-party services you have authorized (e.g., Microsoft 365, iCIMS); email delivery providers for sending notifications; and as required by law.

5. Data Retention

Scheduling data is retained for the duration of your account. Candidate data associated with completed or cancelled requests is retained for audit purposes per your organization's configuration. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication is handled via OAuth 2.0 through your identity provider. We maintain audit logs of all system actions.
