By accessing or using Queuel.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using Queuel.io on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Queuel.io provides interview scheduling automation for recruiting teams. The service includes calendar integration, candidate booking links, multi-session loop scheduling, ATS integration, and related features.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain ownership of all data you provide to Queuel.io. We do not claim ownership of your scheduling data, candidate information, or organizational data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
Queuel.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for missed interviews, scheduling conflicts, or other damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked. You may request export of your data prior to termination.
